30 Day Mindfulness Challenge Day 10

It’s amazing how many different ways there are to be mindful. I’m now in day 10 of my 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge.

Since this week is all about breathing exercises, I tried another one today.

This one is where you take a very deep breathe through your nose, hold your breath for a few seconds, and then breathe out through your mouth. It slows your breathing down, and can also help if you’re stressed or anxious. While you’re doing this, pay attention to your breaths.

I thought this was very helpful. I was able to concentrate on my breathing, and felt more relaxed when I finished.

It’s interesting how many different ways there are to breathe!
