30 Mindfulness Challenge Day 13

I’m almost done with a week of breathing exercises as part of my 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge.

I have to say that I really enjoyed the Headspace meditations, and am not so excited by the breathing exercises.

Today I did the same one as I did yesterday.

Take deep breathe in, breathe out, etc…while counting my breaths.

Out of all of the ones I’ve done so far, I’ve found it the most mindful.

I am looking forward to Monday, when I start a week of a new way of being mindful!
