30 Day Mindfulness Challenge Day 20

It’s hard to believe that we’re getting towards the end of the 3rd week of my 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge.

I’ve noticed that towards the end of the week it’s always harder to find ways to be mindful!

Today I tried being mindful doing something we all hate doing…cleaning.

Pick any task, whether it’s doing the dishes, dusting, vacuuming, or whatever you want, and try to be mindful while doing it.

Let’s face it…we all think about other things while cleaning. Who wants to think about cleaning?

But doing this for a few minutes will relax you. Pay attention to what you’re doing…and see how it makes you feel.
