30 Day Mindfulness Challenge Day 23

I thought yoga would be a great mindful motion to try today as part of my 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge, because many people already associate yoga with meditation or mindfulness.

Yoga isn’t about how flexible you are. It’s about doing the different motions, and being mindful while you do them.

I often do yoga, so this was an easy day for me. Lately I’ve been trying the new 3 Week Yoga Retreat as part of BeachBody on Demand and so far I like it. I definitely feel a lot more relaxed when doing yoga.

It doesn’t matter what program you use, or even if you just look up some yoga moves online and try them. It’s a great thing to try, and a great way to be mindful.
