30 Day Meditation Challenge Day 3

I just finished the 3rd day of the 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge that I’ve decided to do.

This week I’m focusing on meditation, which is the first thing most people think of when they think of mindfulness.

This is the 3rd day in a row I’ve used Headspace, a guided meditation app.

Today was not easy. Even though it is only 10 minutes long, I couldn’t sit still. I think I’m getting a cold, which really didn’t help matters.

I’m hoping tomorrow it will be easier again.

I think I can see that if you do this every day, it should get easier.   The question is, how long will it take of doing this daily until it gets easier?  I guess that’s something I’ll find out!

If you are looking to start meditating, if you’re not interested in an app, you can go to YouTube and search for meditations. You’ll find that there are quite a few to choose from.
