Day 3 - Power Half Hour - Stretch

This morning we tried the Power Half Hour – Stretch routine.

Duration: 30 min.

After two days of really tough workouts, we wanted something a lot less strenuous.

So we decided to do the half hour stretch routine in Power Half Hour.

It was ok – it had a lot of great stretches.

He separates it into 2 sections: 10 minutes you can do every day, and then 20 more minutes which give you even more flexibliity.

Would I do it again? Maybe, eventually.

He’s probably done better stretching routines over the years, so we’ll probably look for another one to try next time. It wasn’t bad…but it wasn’t very exciting either.

The stretches felt nice, and hopefully tomorrow I’ll be ready again for a more intense workout.

I have to say, I like the fact that all of Tony’s workouts so far not only tell you how much time is left overall, but how much time is left for the section you’re in as well.  It makes it easier to get through somehow.
