Day 7 - 10 Minute Trainer Cardio

I only wanted to exercise for about 20 minutes today, since I had plans and needed to get ready.

There aren’t many 20 minute routines, so I did 2 10-minute routines instead.

The first: 10 Minute Trainer Cardio

Duration: 10 minutes.

It’s quick and easy for when you only have a few minutes and want to exercise.

10 minutes, 10 exercises, each one a minute long.

The woman doing the exercises had a resistance band on – which it didn’t say you needed in the main menu, but Tony said you could do it without, so we did it without.

I was still sweating at the end…so even though it’s quick and the moves are easy, you get a lot of workout in.

the second: 10 Minute Trainer Cardio Intervals

Duration: 10 minutes.

This 10 minute trainer was obviously filmed way after the original set.

It’s done either in his or someone else’s home gym. There is a fixed video camera, and 1 person with a hand held video camera – and you can see him for part of the time.

Tony is doing the exercises by himself, no one else is with him – so he’s very tired through half of it (he admits he was doing 3 workouts in a row).

Again, it’s 10 exercises in 10 minutes. The last 2 were the same as we just did in 10 Minute Trainer Cardio, but it was still worth it.

I am definitely tired and sweating after the 2 sets of exercises, and I feel like I got a good workout.
