Day 18 - Turbo Fire - Sculpt 30

We were looking to do something different this morning, and wanted something that had either weights or resistance bands – something to build muscle.

So we chose Turbo Fire Sculpt 30.

Duration: 30 min including cooldown.

I really liked it.

You use the resistance bands most of the time. While there are some exercises you could do without it, you really need it for most. You could probably get away with substituting weights if you don’t have resistance bands though, and still be able to do most of the exercises.

It was a really good workout if you’re looking for strength and toning.

I haven’t done these types of moves in any of the other Beachbody on Demand workouts I’ve done before, so it was nice to do something completely different that worked different muscles.

Since I was using resistance bands, while some moves were difficult, it didn’t seem like I was lifting weights at all.

I enjoyed this…and will probably do it again – after I do some more cardio workouts!
