Day 20 - Turbo Fire Stretch 10 and Abs 10

It’s Friday, and sometimes it’s hard to get up on Friday morning. Plus, after the tough workout we did yesterday (Turbo Fire HIIT 20), we wanted something a little more relaxing.

Since were really enjoying the different Turbo Fire routines, we decided to do Turbo Fire Abs 10 and Turbo Fire Stretch 10.

We decided to end with stretching, and so we started with Turbo Fire Abs 10.

Duration: 10 minutes.

Wow. We expected to do some sit ups, and get a little bit of an ab workout, but it was only 10 minutes. We didn’t expect much. I mean, how much can you do in 10 minutes?

Again, all I can say is WOW. I was really wrong.

That was really hard. My abs REALLY got a workout.

She did different ab exercises and situps than we’ve ever done before, and they were difficult. They really worked the abs. I can see how doing this on a regular basis would really help.

The only negative? There was no timer at all anywhere on the screen.

Granted, it was only 10 minutes, but it would still have been nice to know when I was almost done!

It was good. We’ll be doing this again. There’s no question about that.

Next up is Turbo Fire Stretch 10.

Duration: 12 minutes (yeah, I don’t understand it either.)

Stretch 10 was a lot of different stretches. It was nice and relaxing.

We did some stretches I haven’t done before.

It felt good, and I can see doing this again when I wanted a good (but short) stretch.

It wasn’t really exciting, but if I’m looking for another 10 minute light exercise, I’ll do it again.
