BeachBody on Demand Day 25: P90X3 MMX

Day 25 - P90X3 MMX

We decided to do the P90X3 MMX today, as we were tired this morning and didn’t feel like trying to find a new workout that we hadn’t done that was 30 minutes or less.

Duration: 30 min + ~2 min 10 sec cooldown.

It’s the 4th week I’ve been a trial member of Beachbody on Demand, and it’s now the 4th time we’ve done the P90X3 MMX.

It’s still a really good workout, and I am exhausted after doing it.

I’ve learned that how easy or hard it is to do really depends on how well I slept the night before.

While it’s never an easy workout, I didn’t sleep well last night, and today it was extra difficult.

I could pretty much keep up, but I kept having problems with catching my breath, and so I had to stop a little early on quite a few of the moves.

I still got an amazing workout, and really enjoy MMX, but I guess I should save it for when I have a good night’s sleep…or at least until I’m more awake instead of right when I wake up.

This is probably still my favorite out of all of the Beachbody on demand workouts I’ve tried, and I’ll keep doing it.
