Day 31 - Turbo Fire HIIT 20

We really liked some of the HIIT workouts in Turbo Fire, so decided to do another one today, and we chose Turbo Fire HIIT 20.

Duration: 20 minutes including a 5 minute cooldown.

We really weren’t sure which one we were choosing. We knew we liked some of the Turbo Fire HIIT ones, and so we randomly picked one.

Unless you do these a lot – or the same one in a row a bunch of times, each one will still feel like new the second time…and probably the third time as well!

We didn’t remember most of the moves doing this a second time. Granted it was 2 weeks ago that we did it the first time, but still.

It was really good though. I got a great workout, and am really sweating right now.

I got about 1600 steps, which is about what I get when I do the T25 workouts. It’s a lot of steps for such a short workout, so I’m happy with it.

I really like the high intensity interval training, and think I’ll keep doing the different HIIT routines in Turbo Fire.

I still really liked this, and would do it again.
