Beachbody on Demand Weekly Review

It’s been almost a month since we finished doing the 30-day FREE trial of Beachbody on Demand.

I haven’t gotten sick of it yet, which is very important since that’s why I usually stop exercising.

Knowing that I’m going to do something different each day really helps.

What we did this week:

  • 10/31 The Master Class Round 9/10 Insanity Live 30 min. – It was pretty good. Lots of great moves, and we were definitely sweating throughout. I got over 1700 steps, and am now exhausted. I’d do it again. Will Brereton, the instructor was entertaining.
  • 11/02 P90X3 MMX – If you’ve read any of my other reviews, you won’t be surprised. It’s fun, and I get a great workout with it. I really wish there were more like this!
  • 11/03 Turbo Fire Abs 10 & Slim in 6: Slim & Limber – I still love the Abs routine, and want to do it at least twice a week. This was the first time we tried Slim in 6: Slim & Limber. It was 15 minutes long but really didn’t feel like it. It went fast, and was a nice stretching routine.
  • 11/04 Turbo Fire HIIT 20 – So I thought this was the one I did last week, but it wasn’t. It was still pretty good, but not my favorite. I’m glad I did something different though. It was a great workout.
  • 11/05 Turbo Fire Abs 10 & Turbo Fire Stretch 10 – The two of these take a total of 20 minutes, so they’ve become the “go-to” for off days.
  • 11/06 Turbo Fire HIIT 25 – This is the one that we did last week and really liked. Why do we like it so much? It’s easy to follow. Even if I can’t go quite as fast as they can, I can pretty much keep up and understand everything. I still like it.

What did I get out of the past week?

  • That if I don’t really have time to look for new workouts, there are plenty that I enjoy doing so that I can just go into one, and get it done. Hopefully in the next few weeks I’ll be able to do more new workouts.
  • That I really wish there were more like the P90X3 MMX, I love that best out of all of the workouts I’ve done. Hopefully some more like that will be added soon.

I’m still really liking BeachBody on Demand, and it keeps getting better.
