BeachBody on Demand Day 10: P90X3 MMX (again)

Day 10 - P90X3 - MMX

Today we did P90x3 – MMX for a second time.

Duration: 30 min + ~2.50 cooldown.

We wanted to make sure we got a good workout today, so we went back to P90X3 MMX, since we enjoyed it so much last time.

It was another really good workout. I’m still sweating, and am tired after it, but in a good way.

I feel like this time I was able to keep up more with the moves. Don’t get me wrong, I still couldn’t keep up with their speed, but at least this time I could do the moves at my own pace.

The only move I had problems with was the last one, right before the burnout.

Otherwise I was able to do the rest…just a bit slower than they were.

I still really like it, and am sure I will do it at least a few more times before the end of the 30 day trial.

So far it’s my favorite workout. I feel that it’s fun, not just working out.

Don’t get me wrong, I still need to get faster with the moves, but I’m still getting the workout in.

I love the fact that I know I’m working hard, but the half hour goes fast…and I enjoy the moves.
