BeachBody on Demand Day 14: Week 2 Review

BeachBody On Demand Week 2 Review

So now it’s been 2 weeks of BeachBody on Demand.

Except for the one day of Hip Hop Abs, each day was doing a P90X3 workout.

We kept choosing them because they were really good workouts, and were all about a half of an hour each, which is the amount of time we wanted to put into it.

What I loved:

  • P90X3 MMX: We did this workout for a second time earlier in the week, and it was still a lot of fun, and a great workout.
  • Getting to do a different workout every day. It makes it so much easier to want to workout when you’re doing something different each day and you don’t get bored of the workouts.
  • There are a LOT of routines that are a half of an hour or less, as long as you’re willing to look for them. So there are plenty of choices since I never want to do something over a half of an hour.

What I haven’t loved:

  • Hip Hop Abs: It may be just me, but I didn’t feel like I got a workout the one day I did a Hip Hop Abs routine. I might try another one later in the month, but I wasn’t impressed.
  • The yoga/stretching/isometrix type routines involve too much time on the floor. I have wrist issues, so I have a really hard time doing any of those exercises…so for me there were too many.
