BeachBody on Demand Day 17: P90X3 MMX

Day 17 - P90X3 MMX

I know we’ve done this twice already this month, but today we were exercising at lunch, and you know how sometimes you’re just in the mood to punch and/or kick something? I was ready to do both…so MMX it was!

Duration: 30 min + ~2 min 10 sec cooldown.

I have to say that out of all of the workouts we’ve done so far with BeachBody on Demand, P90X3 MMX is my favorite so far.

I can do almost all of the moves (except for the last one right before the burnout), and I feel good doing them.

I also feel like that I really get a great workout in, and can almost keep up now!

If you want to do a lot of combination moves, with punches, kicks, and burpees, this is definitely the routine for you.

The half hour goes by pretty fast, and you’ll really be sweating before it’s over.

But I still find it a lot of fun, even after the 3rd time, so I’m sure we’ll be doing it again.

It’s hard to believe that the free Beachbody on Demand trial is now more than halfway over.

I have to say it’s more fun doing a different routine each day then doing the same routines over and over again.

I wonder what we’ll do tomorrow!
