Day 2 - Power Half Hour Ab Burner

Today we tried the Power Half Hour – Ab Burner.

Duration: 30 min + ~1 min cooldown.

It was pretty good. You can tell it’s a very old exercise routine based on the graphics, but the workout is still good.

None of it was that difficult, and I was able to keep up the whole time.

I used to do the P90 a few years ago, and I could see how he took some of this and put it in the P90.

I feel like my abs got a great workout, and I’ll definitely do this again.

I’m glad it’s not the only workout I’m doing though, as I could see this getting boring if you do it too often.

But with BeachBody on Demand, I can make sure I only do this once in a while, so it’s great.

As far as yesterday’s P90X3 MMX, I woke up feeling good. I had a slight sore spot in my arm, but who knows if that was from MMX or not. I felt good all of yesterday, and still think it was fun and look forward to doing that one again!

While today’s wasn’t as much fun, I felt like I could do it all, and think it’s great for my abs.
