Day 22 - TurboFire - Low HIIT 25

We’ve really been enjoying the Turbo Fire workouts, so we decided to do another one.

This time we tried Turbo Fire Low HIIT 25.

Duration: A little over 21 min including warmup and cooldown.

This is another great workout with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).

It’s pretty straight forward. First you do a warmup, and then you do 3 different sets of exercises.

The first 2 sets are done twice, and then the last set is done three times.

For each set, you go through it slowly the first time, then the bell rings and you do it as fast as possible.

Then there is a cooldown.

What I really liked is that even though we never did the Fire Starter workout she has that tells you how to do the moves, she’s constantly telling you what to do and how to do it.

It’s still a little tricky the first time, but then you catch on.

I really felt like I got a good workout.

I love that it was high intensity and low impact so that there wasn’t any jumping, but it was still a really great workout.

We’d definitely do this again.
