BeachBody on Demand Day 23: Turbo Fire – Fire 30

Turbo Fire - Fire 30

Enjoying the Turbo Fire workouts, we wanted to try another one. We decided to try Turbo Fire – Fire 30.

Duration: ~31 minutes including cooldown.

The description said something about “active recovery”, so we thought it would be some cardio with more stretching etc, and wouldn’t be a full cardio workout.

We were wrong. Very wrong.

It was all cardio.

It wasn’t as high intensity as the HIIT workouts – there were only 2 drills that were really fast, but it was still a fast moving workout!

Like many of Chalene’s other workouts, you do certain routines multiple times.

This one I found a little bit more difficult to follow than others.

Again, if I did the Fire Starter workout, it might be easier, but I can’t imagine that every move is taught in that one. But I guess one day I’ll find out!

I definitely got a good workout.

I’m sweating, and am exhausted.

The muscles that were hurting from yesterday’s Turbo Fire Low HIIT 25 feel a little better now, so maybe it was a good workout to do today.

I guess I’ll find out later today if I’m still feeling good, or if all of my muscles hurt!

I still really like all the Turbo Fire routines, even if they are sometimes a bit hard to follow.

They really go fast. It didn’t feel like a half of an hour…but it was, and now it’s over with!

We’ll do this again…maybe just not right after another day of cardio!
