BeachBody on Demand Day 24: Ho’Ala ke Kino

After yesterday, we needed to something relaxing.

We found “Ho’Ala ke Kino” which doesn’t seem to be part of a series, but is just the one workout. It says “Awaken the Body” next to it, and is from Tony Horton.

Duration: 27 minutes.

Ho’Ala ke Kino was stretching and yoga, so we figured that would be a good one for today.

It’s different in that Tony is in Hawaii, and on a beach while he does this.

There is light Hawaiian music in the background, and it’s relaxing to watch.

For the first half you’re doing simple stretches, and then he gets into some yoga moves.

If you’re looking to get a workout in – and even sweat a little – but not do cardio, this is a great one to try.

He said he does this the day after a big workout, or sometimes at night after a rough day.

I could see doing this again, but I think if I did it too often I’d get bored with it.

Since everything is done slowly, even though it’s 27 minutes, you don’t really do that many different things. Just some stretching, and some vinyasas with a few different yoga poses.
