Day 26 - Turbo Fire Abs and Yoga Flex

This morning we wanted something pretty relaxing, since we did the P90X3 MMX yesterday.

So we decided to do the Turbo Fire Abs 10 again, since we really got a great ab workout from it, and also do 10 Minute Trainer Yoga Flex, since stretching is always good on the days we don’t do cardio.

First up was Turbo Fire Abs 10.

Duration: 10 minutes.

Turbo Fire Abs 10 was even harder than the last time.

I know it’s only 10 minutes, but boy does it feel like it lasts a lot longer.

My abs really, really felt every second of the 10 minutes.

I know it’s a great workout though.

I felt it more than any other abs workout I’ve done, and will keep doing this…but I can’t stress how much you really feel it!

Then we moved onto the 10 Minute Trainer Yoga Flex.

Duration: 10 minutes.

I hadn’t done this one before.

It’s 10 yoga moves in 10 minutes – so each move is a minute long, or 30 seconds a side.

If you want a basic stretch routine, this works.

If you like yoga, this will be good for you.

It’s slow and simple, and you spend a lot of time in a position.

We’ll probably do it again eventually, but not right away. If you feel the need to stretch, it’s a good routine.
