BeachBody on Demand Day 5: P90X3 – X3 Yoga

Day5 - P90X3 - X3 Yoga

Since yesterday we did a tougher workout, today we were looking for something light, with a lot of stretching.

So we tried the P90X3 – X3 Yoga.

Duration: 30 minutes.

If you’re looking for a routine where you do a lot of regular yoga moves that you’ve probably heard of before, this is the one for you.

It’s a lot of sun salutations, vinyasa, downward facing dog moves, etc…

If you’re looking to stretch, you’ll definitely get a lot of stretching in.

The 3 people that are working with Tony are VERY flexible. It’s pretty incredible at what they can do.

The good news is that Tony makes it very clear that you can do whatever you want. Whatever works for you is good, so you don’t need to feel like you’re not good enough at it. If you’re not as flexible, you do what you can, and you’ll still get some good stretching out of it.

So if you’re looking for Yoga, or something where you’re exercising but are taking a day off of some of the crazier stuff available on BeachBody on Demand, this works.

The half hour went pretty quickly, which is always good when you’re only half awake.

We’ll probably do this again. Since I’m not quite as flexible, I think I’ll try a few other of the stretching/yoga routines first, but I’d still do this again.
