Do Something Just for You

If you want to be happy, you need to do the things that make you happy. Now maybe you don’t have the time or money to do the things that you want all of the time. Maybe you have too many responsibilities to do the things that you want.

I get that.

But every single day, do at least SOMETHING that makes you happy. Even if it’s just for a few minutes.

Read a book. Go for a walk. Eat a piece of chocolate. Play a video game. Talk to your favorite person in the world. Eat your favorite meal. Hide in a room for 10 minutes and be alone…

It doesn’t matter what it is. Whatever it is that makes YOU happy. Something that makes you feel good and brings your mood up. If you can, do two or even three things that make you happy. It will go a long way to making you happy overall!
