Drink More Water

If you’re looking for a way to be happier that’s easy, you can’t get much easier than this. Drink more water. Seriously! Staying hydrated is something that will help your whole body, inside and out.

I’m not saying you need to be guzzling water all day, but studies show that people who drink 6 or more glasses of water a day are happier. They’re also more optimistic.

There are a whole lot of other great reasons to drink more water too. Here are just some of them: You can be more alert, have a higher pain tolerance, have more energy (and brain function!), have a faster metabolism, have less headaches, reduce tooth decay, boost healthy skin, and more.

If those aren’t all good reasons to drink water, I don’t know what would convince someone to make sure they were hydrated!
