Get Outside

If you’re looking for something small (and fun) that you can do to be happier each day, all you have to do is go outside! I don’t know about you, but just thinking about being outside on a nice sunny, warm day makes me happier.

Spending just 20 minutes outside a day in the fresh air can make you happier! It can also help your memory work better, increase concentration, and even help you come up with more ideas!

If those aren’t enough benefits, being outside will give you more vitamin D, which many people are deficient in. It can also lower your stress levels.

So as long as the weather is good for you to want to be outside in, take a break and get outside every day!
