Have Something to Look Forward To

You’ll be happier if you have something to look forward to.

It doesn’t even matter how big that something is, or how far away.

While having a vacation to look forward to is awesome, even just having plans to visit a friend you want to spend time with will make you happier. Having plans to go to that restaurant that you’ve been in the mood for? That will work as well.

It’s great to have something to look forward to. Of course, it’s even better when you have multiple things. That’s why making plans is always a good thing. You’ll have plenty of things to keep you in a better mood, and these things will not only make you happy now, but when you do them, and afterwards when you think about them!

So if you don’t have anything to look forward to right now, start coming up with something…and while thinking big is great, anything that will make you happy works!
