How to get in Better Shape the Fun Way – Start the Year off by Losing Weight!

We’re now almost halfway into January. If one of your New Year’s Resolutions was to lose weight, or to get into better shape…how are you doing? Is it working out?

I don’t know you…but if you’re like me, getting myself to work out is hard. I will try to come up with almost any excuse I can. Plus, doing the same thing over and over again can get really boring.

Most of the workouts seem to be around 30 minutes or less too, which is good because I refuse to spend more than a half an hour working out a day.

What are my favorites? Well, I usually go back and forth between Shaun T’s T-25 (each workout is 25 minutes), Tony Horton’s 22 Minute Hard Corps (each workout is only 22 minutes), and Autumn Calabrese’s 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, and some others. I enjoy every once in a while going through and checking something else new out though.

What I like is that I’m doing something different each time, so it doesn’t get boring. I don’t like to work out. I know I never will. But knowing that I can get it done in a half of an hour or less, and be entertained while I’m doing it is what gets me to keep doing it.

Earlier I mentioned how they keep adding new videos. Well, I just found out that Shaun T’s latest product, Transform :20 looks like it will be added to BeachBody on Demand in April. I’m really excited for that. 20 minutes a day will make me even happier!
