I love shopping at Amazon’s web site. Partially because it’s so easy and you can find absolutely anything there, and partially because the prices are usually a lot lower than any store you can find.
I’ve always been apprehensive about buying clothes online though. What if they don’t fit right? Or if I don’t like the feel, or how the style fits on me? But every so often I’d still look because you can find some styles online that you just can’t find by going to the local mall.
I recently noticed something really cool at Amazon though. If you have Amazon Prime, you can also get free returns! So that means I didn’t have to worry if the item didn’t fit, I could return it for free and would get my money back.
So late last week, when I was looking around at Amazon, and saw a really pretty grey sweater, I thought to myself, why not? I read the reviews, and purchased the pretty grey sweater.
While I can wear a small or a medium depending on the item, I decided to go with a medium figuring I’d prefer the sweater to be a bit big instead of fitted.
Surprisingly enough, it came on Sunday! An Amazon truck dropped it off. I opened it right away and tried it on, and not only did it fit, but it was really comfortable. I love the way it looks on me, and can’t wait to wear it.
I also love that it was under $20. If I found that in a store, I have a feeling with that quality of sweater it would have cost at least $30. So I am very happy with my purchase, and think I’ll be looking online for clothes more often!
