Try Something New

When we do the same things over and over again, we tend to get into a rut. When you do something new, you get excited, and it’s fun!

There’s a link between doing something new today, and being happier tomorrow.

Doing something new makes you use different parts of your brain. It also gets you out of your comfort zone, and will help you be happier.

You may have heard that you should spend money on experiences instead of “stuff” and this is one of the reasons why. New experiences help you have a better sense of well being, and later on you can be happier again thinking back on it.

If nothing else, while you’re doing something new, your mind is occupied and instead of being unhappy, you’re taking in what’s new!
